Process improvement is not necessarily about CMM or CMMI, Six Sigma or ISO. Process improvement is about whatever can give high return in profitability and customer satisfaction with the resources your organization can afford. It is about whatever formal or informal methods that can best fit within your organization's culture. That is how ICSPI approaches software process improvement.

Unfortunately ICSPI will not be taking place this year. However, if you would like to take Software Process Improvement classes, you can go to the below link and take classes.
