Exhibitor Agreement
By clicking the Submit button, all exhibitors agree to abide by the following rules.

Cancellation
Due to the limited availability, packages will be guaranteed and booth location will be assigned only after full payments have been received. Any cancellation received within four months of the conference start date will result in forfeiture all fees paid.
The Hotel Hold Harmless Clause
Exhibitors at the ICSPI conference accept the following hotel hold harmless clause:
Exhibitors assume entire responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save Software Dimensions Consulting and Training, and the Conference Hotel (the "Hotel"), the Hotel’s owners, operators, managers or lessees together with its and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, servants and agents (collectively "Hotel" operators") harmless against all claims, losses, or damages, to property or persons, including death, governmental charges, or fine and attorney’s fees, arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of any part of the hotel’s exhibition premises unless any such liability was caused solely by the negligence of the Hotel or the Hotel operator.
