Regular Conference Pricing with a single registration

• Register by Octiober 31st and have a chance to win a Free admission to ICSPI 2008
• If 5 or more people are registering from the same company, apply a 10% discount.

Once registration has been received by our office, any written cancellations received before the end of the 5th business day before the event will incur $100 cancellation fee for each person registered. Registrants who fail to cancel in writing by the end of the day 5 business days before the event are liable for the entire fee and can only be substituted by another individual for the same registration. Last day for substitutions is one business day before the event. No substitutions will be accepted at the conference.

Software Dimensions reserves the right to make changes in course schedules, dates, locations, and accommodations and will make every effort to notify students 30 days prior to the event. However, Software Dimensions is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connection with changes to a public events schedule.

A payment in one of the following forms must be received by November 9th, 2007:

	Check drawn on a bank within the Continental U.S payable to: Software Dimensions
	Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover
	A Cashier check or money order payable to: Software Dimensions

A purchase order may be be mailed or faxed with the registration only to guarantee the registration, but is NOT considered a payment and DOES NOT qualify for the early registration discount.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID by November 9th, 2007.
