Biography:
Dianne Turner , Sr. Analyst with Project Performance Corporation brings over 8 years of quality assurance and process improvement experience. Dianne is a Certified Internal ISO Auditor.
Focusing on process improvement and procedure development in the quality assurance areas, Dianne has successfully lead and participated in process improvement and quality assurance efforts for organizations wishing to get started on their CMMI improvement efforts. Dianne was a key member at her last company in helping them to achieve CMM Level 3. She is a mentor for project members and specializes in making CMMI work for small tasks.
Dianne has participated as a team member on CMM Level 2 & 3 appraisal teams as well as several CMMI SCAMPI A appraisals and has conducted CMMI overview training as part of the corporate new hire process. She has also written corporate policies and processes and has been a SEPG member reviewing and approving changes to corporate procedures.
